Mandatory matters for temporary agencies and companies hiring temporary workers

The Worker Dispatching Act mandates temporary work agencies to implement and comply with the following items.

Item Detail
Disclose commission rate Information such as agency commission rate, education and training programs that agencies offers should be disclosed to temporary agency workers on the Internet or other means.
Career development support Career counseling should be provided to temporary agency workers who wish to receive the service. Training and development (with charge/no charge) to support career development of temporary agency workers should be provided.
Measures for stable employment

Any of the following measures should be taken in case a temporary agency worker is expected to be employed by the same company for three years.

  1. (1)Request the client company to directly hire the worker
  2. (2)Provide the worker with a new temporary agency work (reasonable offer only)
  3. (3)Provide permanent employment at the agency (not as temporary agency worker)
  4. (4)Provide other measures for continued stable employment
