Mandatory matters for temporary agencies and companies hiring temporary workers
The Worker Dispatching Act mandates temporary work agencies to implement and comply with the following items.

Disclose commission rate | Information such as agency commission rate, education and training programs that agencies offers should be disclosed to temporary agency workers on the Internet or other means. |
Career development support | Career counseling should be provided to temporary agency workers who wish to receive the service. Training and development (with charge/no charge) to support career development of temporary agency workers should be provided. |
Measures for stable employment |
Any of the following measures should be taken in case a temporary agency worker is expected to be employed by the same company for three years.
